Overview
Rome is not told only with history. He tells himself with what he fries. Roman street food is not born to please tourists. It was created to feed a city on the move: workers, pilgrims, students, shopkeepers, actors, politicians. We will walk through ovens, pinch shops and historic shops, but above all you will go through centuries of urban life: poverty, ingenuity, religion, community and survival.
