Join a small-group sushi-making class in a traditional Japanese home, just 7 minutes from Tokyo Station. Learn the basics of Edomae sushi with Satoshi, a professional sushi chef and assistant instructor at a sushi academy in Tokyo. The class is available in English, Japanese, and Chinese. Discover how traditional akazu red vinegar is used and learn how to prepare and shape sushi. With step-by-step guidance, make approximately 10 pieces of nigiri and one sushi roll while practicing traditional techniques.
