You and your guide will buy quality “neta” or ingredients for your sushi making class directly from the fish market. Relocate to our studio and learn how to make “temari”, “maki” or rolled and “chirashi” sushi so that you could not only enjoy but also replicate and hold sushi parties at home. After you have enjoyed eating your self made sushi lunch, you will proceed to make “tea ceremony sweets” which will double as your dessert with your experienced “urasenke” tea ceremony master. After you learn the rudiments on how to savor confectionaries in tea ceremony style, you will proceed to experience an actual tea ceremony session using quality matcha tea worthy of tea ceremony masters. You will be given the opportunity to actually whisk quality tea with your partners hence learn the basics of the ceremony
