Enjoy a private two-hour rental of a Kyoto City-designated Important Kyo-Machiya, featuring authentic tea rooms and a tranquil Japanese garden near Fushimi Inari. When making your reservation, please let us know your preferred time in the message field. Guests may freely choose and wear traditional haori jackets, explore the historic machiya, and see and handle a variety of traditional tea utensils. Rare tea room features—including a nijiriguchi entrance, hanging kettle, stone tea mills, tea jars, and a traditional mizuya preparation area—can also be viewed up close. Traditional Kyoto cuisine catering can be arranged for lunch or dinner, allowing you to enjoy a private meal in the atmospheric Japanese rooms while admiring the beautiful garden.
