The full master class includes a step-by-step guide on how to make handmade pasta dough, combine ingredients, create the perfect filling, and finish with a delicious and indulgent sauce. With expert guidance from experienced Roman chefs, participants will be able to roll, cut and fill their ravioli to perfection. To complement the pasta, the activity also includes bottomless wine, expertly selected to pair perfectly with the delicious ravioli. With an ample selection of high-quality wines, participants can choose their preferred pairing and fully enjoy the culinary experience. Finally, the Pasta Making Class: Ravioli & Tiramisu by the Colosseum takes place close to a location that provides a stunning backdrop for the event. The Colosseum is one of the most iconic landmarks in Rome, and participants will have the opportunity to take in the beauty of the famous ancient monument while indulging in an authentic culinary experience.
