Overview
1) We use fresh fish purchased fish store where has 70 years history. They always get flesh and seasonal fish. 2) We teach you about traditional seasonings! Not only will you learn how to make sushi, If you're interested, we can also talk about seasonings commonly used in Japan, as well as soy sauce and vinegar made using traditional methods. 3)Beginners, Family, Friends, and couple are welcome!
