Overview
In this workshop, we will work on decorating smaller sized biscuits than the contemporary icing biscuit/cookie classes. These require more precision, so you will be learning some of the science behind perfecting royal icing techniques. You will be able to have an in depth knowledge and appreciation for royal icing by the end of this workshop. Be creative and bring back home some handmade gifts for your friends and family! Come and join us to have some fun adding your own unique twist to your biscuits. Note: Please don't book more than 2 months in advance as I don't plan that far ahead in life!
