Overview
Start with a short guide in English to sake culture and history, from Junmai and Daiginjo to how to drink sake the polite way. Then use our flavor map to choose three sakes from a lineup of nine, from Dassai 45 to a cloudy, lightly sparkling doburoku, and pick three of our six chinmi, the delicacies Japanese people have enjoyed with sake for centuries, including karasumi, one of Japan's three great delicacies. Each sake is served in small tasting portions, so even light drinkers can join comfortably. Solo travelers are welcome, as the experience runs even for one person. Our staff will take photos for you to keep and share.
