Overview
This is the first food and wine experience where the guest becomes the sommelier, thanks to our Tasting Notebook which will guide you in recognizing the characteristics of each wine you taste. All in a location for exclusive use where the protagonists are wine labels rigorously selected and combined with one of the pillars of Roman cuisine: the artichoke.
