Overview
See Kobe's mountain scenery from daylight to evening on a private 10-hour car tour from Osaka or Kyoto. Visit Rokkosan Pasture, Rokko Garden Terrace and, if time permits, Arima Onsen's old streets before heading to Mt. Maya's Kikuseidai viewpoint. Default route: hotel → Rokkosan Pasture → Rokko Garden Terrace → optional Arima Onsen or mountain stop → Kikuseidai → hotel. The order may change to match pasture hours, sunset and road access. Request changes at least 24h ahead; otherwise the feasible default route applies. IMPORTANT: Visitors who arrived in Japan from overseas less than a week ago cannot enter Rokkosan Pasture.
