This historic building has seen Picasso, Camus and all greats artists 3.Visit Saint-Vincent Secret Garden 4.See Cabaret At The Lapin Agile 5.See the Eiffel Tower 6.Views of the city and the shining Basilica Sacré Coeur- picnic there with croissants in the morning or wine and cheese in the afternoon.
