The plan is to show you the history and culture of Japan's local culture on the roads, while at the same time allowing you to see the various night views of Tokyo. This service is not a transportation service. It is a guided experience focused on interpretation, cultural exchange, and automotive experience. Plan3 & 4 LET'S EXPLORE JAPAN'S UNDERGROUND CAR CULTURE! COMPLEXCITY TOKYO offers an authentic JDM experience with local English-speaking guides and a tuned Toyota Mk4 Supra A80 (Plan3), or an R34 Skyline (Plan4).
