Overview
-A hands-on experience decorating traditional Japanese ohagi with bamboo motifs and beautiful flowers made from white bean paste. -White bean paste is naturally colored using vegetable and fruit powders. -The instructor demonstrates flower-piping techniques and provides careful guidance. -Participants decorate bite-size ohagi in a box with anemone designs. After completion, enjoy light refreshments, photo time, and matcha tea. Includes an anko lace and a small gift. -English-speaking instruction is available in small groups, with an English recipe provided for home use. -Some designs use white bean paste blended with natural fruit powders and beauty-focused ingredients. -Participants create anemone flowers and complete four shades of pink designs on bite-size ohagi.
