Then choose one of two Roman-style menus: Menu 1: meats and cheeses, rigatoni alla Carbonara, saltimbocca alla romana, sautéed zucchini and wine cookies. Menu 2:meats and cheeses, rigatoni all’Amatriciana, meatballs in tomato sauce or seasonal chicken with peppers, cicoria ripassata and wine cookies. Both menus include wine: 1 bottle per 4 guests.
