Overview
Your guide will lead you through Rome's historic center, where the many layers of the city's history sit side-by-side and where literally hundreds of churches are to be found. You will visit five of these and discover the architectural and art styles as they have changed over the centuries. San Luigi dei Francesi, San Pietro in Vincoli, Sant'Ignazio, Santa Maria sopra Minerva and Santa Maria degli Angeli are churches not listed in the usual touristic itineraries, even if are considered some of the gems of Rome.
