This private tour is 100% customizable. • With your bilingual guide, you can either visit 3 castles or 2 castles + local wine tasting in a family-owned cellar • For the first castle, we recommend the iconic Château of Chenonceau, built on the river, one of the most stunning examples of Loire Valley architecture. • Then, marvel at the most impressive and the largest castle of the Loire Valley: Château de Chambord, commissioned by King François I and with staircases designed by Leonardo Da Vinci. - If you decide to not do the wine tasting, you can see a 3rd castle like Chateau de Cheverny that inspired Hergé to create his comic strip character Tintin.
