In this experience, you’ll have the opportunity to practice Kintsugi (gold repair) on a handmade ochoko (sake cup) crafted at Uzumako Pottery Studio. You can choose your favorite ochoko from a selection of beautiful colors. Using a brush, you’ll apply Japanese lacquer along the cracks, then sprinkle metal powder on top to complete the repair. Tin powder is included; gold powder is available as an optional upgrade for an additional fee. Your finished piece will be placed in a wooden box for you to take home the same day.
