In three hours, an appetizer will be made and then the pasta, made traditionally with wholemeal flour and semolina eggs or water, entirely by hand with the help of a rolling pin. Stuffed ravioli and fettuccine or lasagna and capellini or strozzapreti, can be prepared on request alongside gnocchi. Different sauces for the pasta will be made too! A second vegetable-based dish will be put together and dessert will conclude the afternoon.
