Namba after dark has bars with no English menu and no room for a tour group, six seats at a counter, the owner two feet away. We get you in. First stop's on us: two drinks, sake, a highball, or a Japanese sour, however the night calls it. We don't force you into expensive, pre-set drink packages. Pay only for what you actually want to drink at local prices Your guide knows the owners well enough to seat you where a walk-in tourist wouldn't get past the door. From there expect local craft beer, more sake, and whatever the bar's actually known for. What makes this different: we keep groups small on purpose, max 8 guests. A 20-person crawl can't fit into a 6-seat izakaya. We can. That's the whole idea, and it's why the bars let us in at all.
